Anyone have any service data on a '30s Triumph Model 120 Signal Generator?

Thanks,

JP

Hi!
We had a radio club meet today. I just bought one of these signal generators. If you want pictures of the inside, or other info please let me know. Mine has the handle missing and I was wondering if yours still has the handle on it. If so, would you send me a picture of it to
bobmasse@sympatico.ca.
Thanks.
Bob

Bob, My Triumph Mod 120 Sig Gen is missing the leather handle and the Rectifier Lytic caps were replaced with (2 x 120MF/150 WVDC caps). - these values look a bit strange to me? I'll send you a picture of mine. Yes, I was interested in what the leather handle originally looked like and how the original Power Supply caps were mounted as well as confirming the values. I haven't recapped mine yet or tested anything.

Best,

JP

Bob,

My mistake as I'm actually looking (now) for a schematic on a Triumph model 130 (ca '43) Sig Generator. The Triumph Model 120 (Late '30s) I have is working ok. But I have not been able to come up with a schematic on it either. The handle I have on the 120 is a small leather perferated strap placed on at a much later date. Also, the yellow painted stenciling on the panel is almot all mostly worn off my copy. Your copy, by contrast, looks to be in very nice condition.

Regards,

JP

Here is a little info on the 130. This is from Sept 1939.
