There's something cool about that speaker. I like that stark "modern" style of the late '20's.

I have one that I paid $10 for a few years ago.

My grill cloth is bad and there is no way to open the cabinet to replace the cloth or access the speaker.

That is interesting that its all glued together. I suppose they never thought the cloth would need replacing, adding three screws would mess up the modern feel I suppose. I would think you could loosen up the glue with a damp rag and iron, doesn't appear to be veneered.
