Very nice, but not sure if I want it like that. It looks like bakelite. :o

What's that grillecloth? Looks screen-like.

What kind of condition did you get it from?

It is smooth. People who see it in person seem to like it. It is very hard to estimate the reflective qualities of a finish from a photo especially when using a flash.

The grill cloth, which I need to tighten a little, is the old pattern #8 from GCH.

It does not have the original speaker in it. That is why I asked I you had a picture of the one used inside of you cabinet.

Dang, that is a nice finish. No sign of unfilled grain in it. Smooth as a baby's ass. Very nice job.

I believe this is a Peerless, though it's tagged Neutrowound. Finish is original.

I guess... I've lost part of the profile on the base moulding due to dry-rotted wood... at least now it isn't so differential to the Gothing look. IT NEEDS TO GET WARM AGAIN SOON.
