Can anyone please help me? I am in the process of recapping a mono tube amplifier and I am not sure of the value or id of this particular component. I think it is a capacitor, it is about the size of a stick of trident, it is white with a chalky texture, it has a 200 stamped on it and right below the 200 is the word Milwaukee. I am relatively new to restoring tube equipment and I obviously have very limited knowledge. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have attached a picture of it. Thanks!!!

If it measures close, leave it there, looks are not important.

I'd worry if it's a capacitor and is warm to the touch. Just kidding, it is a power resistor indeed.
