Any advice on my problem with this Admiral radio. I turned it on and it played for several minutes and then stopped . Three of the tubes on the right I can see are on. I can't tell about the others. Any help would be appreciated. I am a novice so make it simple. Ha!

Before applying power, did you do any of the normal restoration things, like replacing capacitors and testing tubes for shorts?

Hi

Since you see 3 tubes the rest will also be lit. Tubes are wired in series so if one goes out none will light.

Here is the schematic:

Agree with Johnnysan. Especially caps C15A and B. (70 mf @ 150 volts and 30 mf @ 150 volts.)
