I picked up some 4X-150D and 4X-250B pulls and would like to test them some how. I was told they work but...... John

John, About the only way to test these things is to install them into a working amp and try them out. They typically need 2000VDC on the plate, 350VDC on the screen, -55VDC to -95VDC on the grid 1 and 6VAC or DC on the heater. Most people don't have a power supply like that laying around. I suggest you try to find someone with an amp and see if they can try them out for you. Jerry AKA W5JH

The 150D is 26.5V; the 250B is 6.0V, not the usual 6.3V. About the best you could do is check them for shorts with an ohm meter unless as the previous poster said you have a working amp to test them in.
