 Post subject: Distorted sound from Speaker

I have distorted sound from my Admiral All World multiband transistor radio. There is good sound from the earphone - Any ideas?

The sound is distorted coming out of the speaker but using an earphone it sounds normal. Physically the speaker looks fine and there are no tears or holes in the cone.

Sub another speaker in to see if yours is the problem.
