Folks,

I'm still doing research work on a lable for a circa 1936/37 version of the A-600 Air Cell.
I'm finding that Eveready changed their color an font schemes over the years. I have plenty of info from 1924 to about 1934 but have only one Eveready 45 Volt battery from 1937. It suggests that they were still using the Royal Purple/Red/Slate Blue-Green & White scheme...

If you have any big Eveready batteries (45 Volt) from 1935 to 1940. I'd like to see a snapshot similar to the pictures shown in this post.

The top two pictures show my current progress on a SolidWorks model and a lable. There will be changes depending on research.

On Battery-Maker's images, I see 1931 on the top one and 1929 on the other two.

My bad, I should have been more specific....

The dates you refer to are Copyright dates.... I have a 1934 battery with the same 1929 date... But the date of manufacture is molded into the sealing wax. When they went to the three pin sockets, they used a rubber stamp of the date of manufacture.

Yours,
Robert
