I found an RCA Model 3-RF-91 at an auction yesterday. I took it home cleaned it up, made it shine inside and out. It had already been electronically restored. It has a phono plug in on the back, and hooked up my Ipod through an RCA plug adapter and WOW, what a great player. 9 tubes and this thing really puts out some sweet sounds, the best I've heard in a table top radio. I just wanted to give everyone a heads up in case you come across one.

I have the same radio, restored, only in bakelite. I agree on the sound qulaity. I have it hooked up to a rooftop antenna, and the reception is great, with no drift. Way ahead of its time from RCA
