I have a small Silvertone metal cased 4 tube Radio catalogue model #1 1950 am Radio. The inside housing of the on & off switch, the metal that holds the inner plastic switch together have broken off! So can I use a bit of glue around the circumference of the where the plastic and metal are usually held in place by the metal strips? If not what should I do? My neighbor Alex said to get another switch that they are universal? Well let me know what you think!
