Bought this over the weekend and it's very clean and complete. The only issue I see is with the hinge on the front controls cover. The pictures are from the seller who powered up... but looks like no harm done. I see this model RCA in console form more than table-top. Not a rare set, but the condition was too nice to pass. It was. Exactly as shown. The seller said his 19yo son bought it to work on as a project, then lost interest before even starting. Kind of too bad, but glad the father didn't junk or try to fishtank it. I'll take more pix this weekend when I actually have a chance to pull it out and take a close look.

Nice looking TV - definitely a keeper. I like the styling a lot.

That's a really nice looking set that brings back lots of memories. The first TV set my parents purchased looked exactly like yours, with the exception that it was brown and not black. I believe that was in '53 or '54.
