Hello & welcome Novar,
Motorola factory documents ( including schematic ) are in the 1960 Beitmans, pages 96 & 97, which I have---could send in the original djvu format or export them to jpeg files if you'd like... Just PM your e-mail...
All the Beitmans used to be available freely on-line, but don't know if they still are... I downloaded the entire set & put them on CD...
