http://www.ebay.com/itm/Antique-Radio-C ... 20c654cb58 OK this thing has some wonderful, artistic sprayed-on colors, don't you think? I think for the money he could maybe mask the labels better so the paint is not over the edges of the lettering, but there is no "enlarge" feature to give it away. I love the sales pitch, if you do not buy it as an heirloom, buy it as a nuke proof radio, in case anything is left to listen to! I held back alot of comments just for forum civility.

The only thing a bigger photo would 'give away' is that you're looking at jpeg compression.

I wonder if he has ever sold anything. But there are people with lots of money and bad taste out there. I once saw a cathedral radio case that supposedly had been painted by cartoonist R. Crumb, on ebay. I think it was 2000$ or more asking. Looked like he went psychedelic with a Testors hobby paint set and worked the poor thing over. Like bad hippy art.

Larry Yep... the big picture at the bottom kind of kills the alias, IMO.

Actually lancew561 is the selling handle that "Nucow" has always used, AFAIK.
