Heathkit LG-1

Hi there. New to the forum...just joined actually...Somebody gave me a Heathkit LG-1 generator and the power cord has been removed...Actually, they must have de-soldered it...and I have no idea where it is supposed to go....I have the schematic but it doesn't match the circuit in the generator....unless there is more missing than just the cord...I can't find the rfc's which are supposed to be on both sides of the power line as well...I also found a green wire which is connected to one side of the power switch but has been dis-connected at the other end...and I can't tell where it goes...Any help greatly appreciated. Maybe somebody has a copy of the assembly manual.....
