Gary,
Not bad for your first attempt! The picture and sound quality were fine for a $35 video cam. I did have a problem watching it though. It kept stopping to load more data before starting again. I don't normally see this when I watch videos? _________________ Joe

That was pretty darn good for a $35 camera. I watched the video on an old HP laptop running Win2000 and had no problems at all.

It is a Slick SimpleFlix from Dollar General store. Very small. Fits in the palm and has a flip out screen. Takes 3 AAA batteries and comes with a 1GB SD card and a short tripod. Don't know about the start/stop issue. I get that sometime. I would have shot a longer one but it takes so long to upload on My end that 35 MB was plenty!! Shoots in .avi format. It's a learning tool before making a bigger investment later. I figured as long as it worked, I couldn't go wrong.
