Is this a rare radio? Is it worth 50 dollars. I just like the bright colors:)

It is uncommon and I would not hesitate to pay $50.00 for it.

Definitely worth $50 or even more, just for eye appeal, if the case is nice and not damaged anywhere. We see more of that brand in the midwest than would usually turn up in other parts of the country.
Of course Coronado was the house brand of Gamble-Skogmo, and their biggest share of the market was in the midwest.

The blue trim looks like Catalin, and if undamaged the set appears to be very definitely worth better than 50 bucks. Grab it.

It looks like the pilot light jewel is missing but I don't see that as being of much significance, the set will still display just fine without it.

Those cabinets were made in painted bakelite and plastic, I've had one of each. I'd give $50 for one any day. The red jewel is an easy fix.

Have to react immediately to sets like that with a good price. Sometimes even a couple of hours is too long to wait.

It was on marketplace for a couple of weeks I was wondering why it was gone already. It was in Indianapolis. I was going there this weekend but to slow.
