I saw this RCA tombstone for sale the other day. The asking price is $95. It's missing two knobs, but the one that's present looks like the wrong one. There's a little veneer damage and the cabinet is a little loose at the joints. It's pretty heavy for how big it is. It looks like it's an RCA R-73-B. The chassis looks a little mousy - there's an asbestos sheet on the side that looks chewed up. Wiring looks pretty ratty. I only have one photo that my wife took. Good deal or not?

Radio Museum shows an usrestored one selling for $260 in the last few days. It looks like you could make some $$ buying at $95 depending on how much you value your time. If it is for your collection, the price seems reasonable for the condition.

It's a nice looking set. Really heavy. The correct knobs are octagonal.
I had one that was missing the veneer on the top and sides that I never got around to restoring. I don't remember what I sold it for, but $95 doesn't sound unreasonable to me. Properly restored it would be an amazing radio to own.

A top shelf set in my book. $95 is a good deal.
