You didn't post a tube lineup or photo of the chassis. But, just as a hunch . . .

The name plate looks like a recent/modern-day addition.
It may be a Freed Manufacturing Co., Inc. radio... or it may be something else!

I can repair it without the schematic. My collector customer always wants the model number and schematic for his exrtensive files.
