Is it this one? http://www.nostalgiaair.org/pagesbymodel/888/M0028888.pdf

BTW, I don't know why they drew the 81 rectifier as a dual-diode tube when it's only a single-section rectifier.

Thanks Steve but I'm not sure if it's close enough? Any chance I could get some advice from other veteran radio members? I figure there be lots here?I might be out of my depth here being I have never worked on gear this old.some components I don't recognize.not sure what is the best way to disassemble so I can get a good look at the underside.how difficult is it to get a output transformer/speaker? I think I can figure out a dyi power suppy.any help would be appreciated. This 95 year old radio deserves to live again.RonL

First check the 210 tubes. If they are no good, you might consider buying a 'parts'
Philco 20 and lifting speaker, power, and output transformer.

The 210 are worth their weight in gold and they have 7 volt filaments.

Otherwise the Philco 20 tubes are the same as your radio.

Does your radio look like this. The schematic on Rider Page 1-28 may work.

The page you seek  http://www.nostalgiaair.org/pagesbymodel/731/M0039731.pdf

The photo Ed posted is of a 192 Neutrodyne. It was powered by storage batteries and could work with a variety of detached speakers, like these:
