Is there a model number? Can you post the tube lineup?

I put the tube lineup into https://grillecloth.com/sylvania/tubelist.php and didn't get any listings for Wilcox Gay. That's a puzzle! Could one of the tubes be incorrect? Maybe a previous owner put one in that didn't belong. Maybe someone familiar with Wilcox Gay will chime in.

Added: I found a 12 Sep 2018 post by member bobwilson1977 that mentioned he restored one. Didn't list a model number.

Does your set have an eye tube ?
The referenced pic seems so, but you did not list one in the tube lineup.
Subbing between 5y3 and 5z4 rectifier and including or excluding eye tube, I did some Riders searching in my database of Riders entries using the remainder of the tube lineup you gave.

Results:

6f6, 5y3, no eye, 27 matches none Wilcox Gay

6f6, 5z4, no eye, 7 matches 1 Wilcox Gay
Riders 10-1, Model 7E5
http://www.nostalgiaair.org/Resources/588/M0024588.htm" -="window.open(this.href);return false;

6f6, 5y3, yes eye, 7 matches none Wilcox Gay

6f6, 5z4, yes eye, 2 matches both Wilcox Gay
Riders 8-4, models 6F6 and 6FB6
http://www.nostalgiaair.org/Resources/570/M0024570.htm" -="window.open(this.href);return false;
http://www.nostalgiaair.org/Resources/571/M0024571.htm" -="window.open(this.href);return false;

Riders 12-7, models 7C6 and & 7CB6
http://www.nostalgiaair.org/Resources/581/M0024581.htm" -="window.open(this.href);return false;
http://www.nostalgiaair.org/Resources/582/M0024582.htm" -="window.open(this.href);return false;

Some of these hits have bandswitches and or tone controls.
Some also have a chassis layout.
You can use these to help further define if any of these are suitable schematics or model numbers.

There are a couple other models that were known back in the day as well.

Check this list:

Also, here's a link to the post by bobwilson1977:

Thanks guys,
I believe the Rider 8-4 and 12-7 will be very close or the correct ones. Both look the same at first glance.
I errored in the tube line up, it is the 5Z4 stamped on the tube socket. Has an eye tube as well a 6G5.
The picture of Bob Wilson's radio is the same radio.

I am happy with this thanks again, love this forum.
