Have been buying screwdrivers from my local Ace Hardware store for some time now, and included with each is a bonus. The packaging includes these soft plastic 'donuts' which hold the driver into the plastic piece that they hang it onto the display rack with. They vary in the size, according to the size of the tool, but I've found that the small ones are excellent for use as tuning capacitor washers, and the largest ones work quite well as chassis washers on smaller sets. You may need to hog out the hole size a bit with a twist drill, but the material is quite cushiony, and works very well in the sets I've used them in.
