As I say in the video I stumbled on this at Michael's and it could be useful for working on radios and making wire terminal connections.
The bead smith 1 step looper.

Nice tool for bead work.

For 12-14 ga hard drawn copper wire bus FAIL use a 6" full round nose pliers many manufactures in electrical hand tools still make them.

I use a drill bit style welding tip cleaner (available at most welding suppliers), comes with a variety of small drill bits inside the body of the tool. Pick the size you need and put it in the chuck end drill tip first. works great as a small hand drill as well.

Yea I have some of the small round jaw pliers and the jaws taper so you have infinite choice of loops on wire in between the extremes of the tool. Old Craftsman # 45222.
