I'm not even so sure that that radio has leather. I don't see any telltale stitching, snaps, straps, or creases. The surface looks very flat and smooth, the corners and edges very sharp. I'm guessing that that's a red plastic case and not leather.

RCA is high on the list of possibilities. Could the unbreakable plastic model.

Since Elvis was under contract with RCA for recording, shouldn't have been any surprise that their marketing division used his popularity to promote their radio offerings.
Here's my toob version of that set. Presumably the same cabinet (or maybe a little less depth for the solid state version).
