This set has a brass tag in the back that says.
Schuster's Milwaukee on it.

Nice that they took the trouble to mark it, since many department stores didn't.

I'm curious whether or not Schuster's ever used the Arlington brand on other items, perhaps household goods or linens? Or was it exclusively used on their radios?

Congrats! I restored one of these for a customer last year and it is a great performer. Be careful moving the power supply/amp chassis as its heavy and awkward. Also don't install the tubes until you have the cables fastened in first, one slip of a cable and the heavy end of it will take out a 2A3!

Nice score, Chuck! I was tempted as well. I gave in and messaged him, and was next in line if you passed on it-which I knew wouldn't happen. Now I don't have to rearrange things to fit it into my already crowded house.
