They are J.W. Miller part numbers. The Oscillator coil is a 0.33uH choke:

The Audio coil is an adjustable 40-85uH unit. Look at PDF page 5 of this portion of the 1966 Miller catalog:

Good point about the time delay, Richard. I've noticed that when locking the car from my living room, delayed flash of the tailights.
