I have no real options for an outdoor antenna and am kind of stuck with a 12x 12x 12x 12 wire loop in my room . It is mediocre in HF ( using my fairly crumby short money DX -200) . But it’s dismal on AM BCB.
Welcome to the "big loop club". I built a tunable loop on a 29" diameter wood quilting hoop, and it's RF gain is equal to the 240 foot long wire on my back acre.

This loop is intended to be be a “one size fits “ all AM BCB project. Otherwise put , it does
“ everything “, just nothing particularly well.
The number of turns will determine it's frequency range. On mine, I had to decrease them down to 12, in order to get 540 to 1600 KC.

I’ m not really good with posting pix.But I may TRY to see if I can pull it off for this project and maybe one or two others.
Yes, would also like to see your workmanship. When you post, just under the editor field is a red bar saying "U/L attachments". Under it click "choose file", and a smaller screen will appear showing your hard drive pictures and folders. Select the one you want, then click, "add the file". You can do this numerous times for the same post.
