IMHO Sherwood set the standard followed by the Crown FM-2.

I've got a Panasonic RE-8080 and the FM is very sensitive! I hooked my outside TV antenna to it, and it really came alive! I live in Oshkosh WI and I can pick up Chicago ILL with no problem at all. This receiver was made in 1971. The AM
on it is no slouch either! This little guy really pulls the stations in! :mrgreen:
