Someone was interested in this device, so I thought that I would post the info here. I purchased it in the classified section: File comment: (#2) Vintage Stereo-Fax Time Delay Stereo Simulator. This Gaylor Products Stereo-Fax U-3A is a small box designed to link two amplifiers to cause a time delay in the transmission from the first amplifier to the second amplifier. This produces a simulated stereo sound. The unit measures 5" x 3" x 2". It was manufactured in 1959 and includes all documentation. $5 + shipping

It consists of 2 Stancor A53 transformers, 5 resistors @ 330 k ohms each, and 2 caps: .1 ufd and 500 pfd. I will have to scan the docs if anyone wants to build one, or just to study the circuit.

It looks like AES has the transformers them in stock: https://www.tubesandmore.com/products/t ... tage-10-ma

I scanned the schematic for it. They all need to be resized, so I will do that later.
