I purchased a large lot of of vintage electronics. This is one that I'm not totally sure about. I believe that it's a core for an inductor, but just wanted to make sure what it's specifically used for. I have a dozen or so .Any help would be appreciated.

I'm not sure if the attachment is applied. I'm fairly new and cannot locate it on the post.

Thanks Greg, Maybe the file was too large. I'll try to reload it again tomorrow. Appreciate the info.
