I have an eBay Kenwood KR-6600 receiver. Works fine. But both meters dead. They do move when current is introduced to them. Since both the signal and tuning meters are dead, I am thinking they must share a compnent or components. Visually everything looks good. Any suggestions as to where to start? Downloaded schematic but hard to read due to quality. I suspect an IC chip since the caps and resistors all look fine.

You sure it's not a KR-6600? I just sent you a PM.

Bad ground on lamp board. Bad S1 (function switch). Bad ICG1 in tuner assembly. Bad connections to any of these parts.
