Anyone know of an online source where I can view or download the schematic of this unit? Wasn't there a dedicated website for Knight schematics? It has 9 tubes, and date codes from 1962.

Just received one, missing the case and some parts. Someone was previously into the power supply area and obviously some modifications have been made.

It looks like a possible candidate to modify into a BC transmitter using part of its circuitry and a 6BM8 or similar, since it has little usefulness for its original purpose. I'm thinking the power supply, stereo preamps, controls and twin VU meters would be be perfect for a small transmitter project.

That sounds familiar; I built one of those in 1964 to go with a Knight-labelled Bell tape deck. Unfortunately (for you, not for me) I got rid of it decades ago.
