This BBC radio show started in the mid fifties, featuring Spike Milligan who wrote the scripts, Peter Sellers and Harry Secombe.
I used to listen to it when I was a young teenager.

Apart from the humour, it was ahead of its time musically. There were two featured slots in each episode, one featuring the jazz harmonica player Max Geldray.

The second, was the Ray Ellington Quartet, featuring the excellent jazz guitarist Judd proctor.

I must have over 100 episodes I downloaded on mp3.

Classic stuff! They had an influence on The Beatles and Monty Python. I have a bunch of MP3’s also plus an LP record that I found about a year ago.
