I came across this site and noticed a post where someone was looking for the "Golden Age of Radio" on LP's . Now, after registering, I cannot find the post! If anyone is interested in these shows hosted by Victor Ives , please respond to my post and I'll get in contact with you. Thanks

I think that was me - but years ago! That program was my entry into the world of old radio shows...used to listen on WTKN - I think it was am 970 in Pittsburgh every evening. Always wondered why the syndicated LPs (had to be the way they syndicated back then...as I worked at a station and even Westwood One did their shows that way...) don't show up from time to time.

Do you have some of these?
Ives died last year or two.

I recently picked up a boxed set of LPs called THE GOLDEN AGE OF RADIO hosted by Jack Benny on the longennes symphony label. Is this what you are looking for?

My dad owned a old radio syndication co. in the 70s called Nostalgia Broadcasting. I recently found a box of 20 LPs he kept of this show that was provided for radio stations. I don't think they've ever been played. They also include cue sheets for the stations. I've attached a copy of one. I'm not sure what I plan to do with them.
Thanks,
Jason Grubbe
