I stream 20th Century Radio, Hanks Gumshoe and occasionally a few others.
I don't hear that show a lot, but I enjoy it as much as the detective shows.
Speaking of detective shows were was all the concern about concussions back then!
These detectives seem to get knocked out at least twice every half hour. :-)

"Our Miss Brooks" is good fun. You would like "My Favorite Husband" too with Lucille Ball. It was the basis for what would become "I Love Lucy". The writers and some cast members were the same. Most of the stories were just rewrote for television, and, of course Lucy finally persuaded the execs to cast Desi as her husband.

Eve Arden had a distinctive voice, didn't she?

Yes she had. Our Dear Miss Brooks and Mother in Law were very good programs she stared in.

When I was a kid back in the 50's I remember the family listening to her radio shows at dinner time on Sundays. Great memory!

I wished I could've experienced that myself. My parents talk about it all the time. I love old radio shows. These days I listen to them more than watching TV, thanks to the Net.
I wonder how many kids tuned into those last remaining radio shows in the early '60's like "Suspense" and, I believe "Escape".

I really don't remember any radio shows of that type after maybe the early to mid fifties, when television took over.

I never spoke to anyone who was young then who mentioned listening to an old radio show. 1962 was the final year, but likely it was a very small audience. Those later shows aren't bad, but a shadow of what they were in the 1940's.
