I have an HP 525A frequency converter unit that I was thinking of playing with by using it as the basis for a shortwave converter with a tuning eye. It has an amp stage covering up to 10 MHz and a tunable converter stage covering 10.1 MHz to 100 MHz. It has five 6AH6, two 5725, and one 6E5 tubes. Also included is the Operating and Service Manual which has the schematic. Could be a fun project, but I probably won't get around to it, so maybe someone else would like it?

BTW, I never did get started, so if you want to use it for the original purpose it's unmolested.

How about $25 plus shipping? PayPal preferred.

Brian
