Huh?
You want 2 (two) 4 3/8 dial rings and 1 (one) plate no SM (Shadow Meter).
What does "Don't need mounting plates" mean? Its only 3 pieces. escutcheon, glass, plate. Do you need 1 complete w/o SM and one outer ring alone?
Let me know,
Kirk

The escutcheon is actually 2 pieces. The plate, and the mounting bracket. The plate has 2 tabs that insert into the bracket. But yes, if you identify the bracket and plate as 1 piece, then I need , as you say, 1 complete w/o SM, and 1 additional ring.

Pat

I would be interested in selling this one with the radio for $90 plus shipping. Sorry if this inappropriate.

Sorry, I don't have any of the trim rings but I have this mounting plate. It's yours for postage, PM me if you're interested.

Good find, Kirk! Unfortunately, neither are the right size. The one I need has on O.D. of 4 3/8".
