Thank you.

The following lots - A, B & C – consist of well over 100 pieces each with a few odds & ends added.
There are vintage parts included in all groups from the following manufacturers: Motorola, International Rectifier, Sarkes-Tarzian, Sylvania, RCA & GE along with many other manufacturers included.
Over 90% are NOS and many are in their original packaging. I have packaged many in sandwich bags that no longer have their original packaging with most identified but some had no source indicated.
The lots include Transistors, Power Transistors, Diodes, Rectifiers and many other devices and a few heatsinks.
All lots are within a few items in total parts included but the contents will vary in make-up.
I did include 30 vintage #K200 diodes ((rated 600V @ 1A) in each lot. I use them in my TransOceanics to replace the Selenium Rectifiers because they have a nice vintage appearance. That is the only item with a large quantity. Most of the remainder parts come in quantities of one to three with only a few excceptions
I am asking $15 plus shipping for each lot. Please indicate which lot(s) you want and I can get back to you with the shipping cost.

No, it consists of pretty much vintage Silicon and Germanium components. Transistors and Diodes dominate the contents.

Stan, I didn't see any RCA 3020's in any of the lots and none of the lots have any NTE prefixes that I recall. These pretty much predate the NTE issues. They are ECG, SK, 2N, 1N, along with other manufacturers identifiers.

ECG and NTE numbers would be the same.
