hi guys
working on this old 5-s-52 and the schematic doesn't give the value of the pot in question (R7 63-456 ) so i thought someone here would know, also it's a long shaft with the shaft milled with a flat spot ( shaft is about 2 1/4 inches long), not sure if anyone makes a replacment anymore .....

any help would get me going agin
thanks in advance

Zenith part number 63-456 should be a 200,000 ohm pot (200K)

That milled shaft indicates a replacement. Craig

First off, your model is 6-S-52. Very common radio, 1936. I make a lot of volume controls for those. There is a power switch on it too. The tone controls are very commonly open or otherwise bad on that model, so check yours before contacting me.

Contact Mark, the fellow who commented just before this comment (oldradioparts). He will fix you up with what you need. :D
