A friend is after a base for one of these. AVO data calls it a B10B. This is what he said about it?

EFL200 valve. I cannot locate a socket for it - even Antique Radio in US don't list them. It has a Decal socket. At first glance it looks like a Noval but has 10 pins, not 9. Any ideas?

So if anyone knows somewhere most grateful Gary
