 Post subject: ID These Strange PEXTO Pliers?

What could these old PEXTO pliers ever be used for? I know they made a set called "Radio Pliers" for forming wire but these are not those. I found them at an old estate sale here in Sun City.

Pexto made a lot of sheetmetal forming tools. I wonder if these are for clinching some type of folded sheetmetal seam in heating ducts or roofing? Maybe a nail puller?
