Well, problem one solved, you asked a question by clicking "new topic".

Problem 2, when you want to respond to any post click "post reply".

I'm Sure you already know how to log in when adding a new topic and responding to one that is already in progress. When logging in you also have an option to stay logged in.

When you first get to this website you will notice different areas of interest (topics). Just click on one to look through the posts in that topic area or post an interest of yours. Eg. If your interest or question is about cabinets then just click on Cabinet restoration, etc.
That should get you started.
