When the Zenith recruiter came to talk some of us in the 1964 DeVry graduating class, he laughingly told us that the last line of that video was not actually technically true, as assembly line procedures dictated otherwise.
I did consider going to work for them but fortunately received better offers elsewhere.

They were just anticipating eventual shipment by ebay sellers. That actual TV is probably on there now, near mint, lights up, just some wear and tear on the case.

Curious about exactly the weight of the set and if they used very heavy batteries. Seems it dropped and had the forward momentum of the plane so the chute would drag it.

Maybe that is why the Zenith 25" my parents bought in 1965 was problematic from day one in and out of warranty, they delivered it by dropping it out of a plane.......
