Most just leave them set up. About half put tarps or plastic over their tables.

Do people normally leave their booths setup over-night or pack it all up & unload it all again the next day?

Very valuable and or delicate sets are often packed away. But most items stay out under tarps. Since many people camp right at the pavilion there's a fairly secure "neighborhood watch".

I tarp my tables and sleep under one. No problems yet.

Hey Guys,
Gonna be at Booth #362 again all the way at the end, but lots of space for extra tables!! I will be w/ TLC & his wife Kim.
Also gonna try a new twist this time, I Will Be accepting Credit Cards !!!! Lets see how that goes!!!

Tons of Radios, Tubes, and lots and lots of parts this time.

Look for the Rocklandman Radios Banner !

Can't wait to see everyone there!!!

FYI. This time the ARF table has a banner so it's easy to find.

Initial post is five years old. The second pavilion is now exclusively for radio vendors. General Saturday flea marketers have been moved out into the field. Kutztown just keeps getting bigger and better!

Most prior posts are dated “2013.” Things have changed since then! Current information is mailed out to vendors by Renningers.

The auction, held by the DVHRC, is on Friday evening. It has been that way for a number of years. Consignments can be brought the the “White Room” starting at 3 PM Friday. Auction preview stars at 5 PM. Auction itself starts at 6 PM.

Number 357 is pretty much always reserved for Joe Koester and the Tennessee Contingent of Cliff Hensley and Joe Zahnen. Already have some stuff loaded in the white trailer and ready to go. Looking very much forward to this great meet.

441 shared by "The Big Guy" (Rick), Philcophantic (me) and Kenny (Peckerhead) for many years now. I hope I'm wrong, but Rocketeer (Larry and his wife Sandy) may not have their old space...
