You are invited to join us for the New Jersey Antique Radio Club's special 25th Anniversary celebration at our Holiday Party this evening.

To celebrate our 25th anniversary, we'll be presenting a live webcast tonight featuring the world premiere of our new, custom-written live radio play "A Holiday Tale" (with apologies to Charles Dickens!)

The radio play, written by NJARC member Bob Tevis, will begin at approximately 7:00 PM Eastern Time tonight. The cast will perform live, using all vintage microphones. Live Foley sound effects will be performed by Harry Klancer. The characters include: Mr. Scrounge (played by Ray Chase), Bob Circuit (played by Dave Sica), The ghost of Guglielmo Marconi (played by Richard Lee), the ghost of Armstrong (played by Phil Vourtsis), the ghost of the future (played by Max Theis), and the radio commercial announcer (played by Marv Beeferman.)

Assuming the technical details all work, the cast remembers their lines and no one get too inebriated at the cocktail hour, the show is scheduled to start at approximately 7:00 PM. If technology fails us, or if you miss it for any reason, we'll post a video clip later.

The link for the live presentation is ... ub-.-njarc, or go to and click on "Meeting Video."
