Really looking forward to Kutztown. I am looking for an Arvin Rhythm Maid and I am bringing an Arvin Rhythm Baby. Since I have the King I am looking for a Queen or a Maid for the King. You never know what shows up at this meet. Bringing a couple of consoles and some wooden table radios and some Bakelite ones too. Gotta thin the herd a bit.

Here is a list of tables and some vendors Ron Ramirez made a few years ago.

Maybe we could get our forum members to post their booth numbers for the Fall Meet. So we know where to find you.

I'm booth 314

Here is Ron's download that shows booth locations for various members from 2016 (many keep the same booth each meet):

The "second pavilion" is now entirely for this show so the cut off line is no longer there. I will be in the center area of that pavilion with spaces at 532, 534 and 536. Look for my orange banner hanging overhead.
I will bring a full size Ford vanload, including perhaps a Scott Phantom chassis, amp and speaker, some radios including a Majestic 59 chrome grille, some Silvertone 4500 series Bakelites, some rare radio ephemera and my usual load of knobs, fresh capacitors and other misc parts.

I've heard the same for the past two meets.

The cutoff line is about 2/3 of the way up the second pavilion. Flea marketers still have the last 1/3 and there is a pretty sizeable empty gap between.

It would be great if we could fill both pavilions! I'm hoping it does happen someday.

BTW The Antique Radio Forum booth is #444

Im 552 and 652. I call it Radio Row!

Cuz it's a row of radios, lol...

Ron Ramirez runs the Philco Phorum booth. It is right next to me and is #650. He unfortunately will not be there this fall so the Phorum members will be watching it.

Doing some more packing for Kutztown. Bringing the Rhythm Baby in hopes of finding its big sister the Rhythm Maid and an old Western Electric wooden telephone. I think it would look good on the wall in a radio collection!

I'll be at booth 550, next to Old Restorer and the Philco Phorum.

Plenty of parts, tube sockets, potentiometers, dial lamp sockets, rf/audio connectors, fuse holders, switches, banana plugs, alligator clips, fresh yellow and electrolytic caps, plus gobs of other hard to find components.

Hope to see you there!
Mitch

You bring lots of parts for sure!
And those awesome little digital thingies you had last spring.
See you there Mitch!

I LOVE that clock console... It's just not a brand I really dive into...

The official Kutztown Kalendar published by DVHRC has the correct dates. Be sure to pick one up at the club table next spring. Great photography by John Hagman.

Actually the second pavilion is almost all radio show booths now but I don't have the booth numbers to do an update.

Mine are 532, 534 and 536, near the middle of the Second Pavilion. you can count spaces from the ones listed. This show will fill most of the second pavilion. Each pavilion is about 300' long by 60' wide.

Nice show but no motels or hotels nearby. Most sellers 'car camp' in the grass field around the pavilions. This is a very loose show of all shows as its 'out back' and not on the property of any hotel or municipal owner (so , there is no limit on what you are drinking for instance). There is food in the main flea market building out front and at the south end of the First pavilion... and Friday eve a special dinner mainly for sellers and later the great radio bonfire and fireworks.
Junker wood radio cabinets are lined up all day (available for any picking) and are sacrificed to the gods starting at dark. Lies are told, advice given, and fluids flow into the night. Great fun and totally unique in the hobby. All in the center of the east coast where most all the really great vintage radios (and lots of audio gear) is located. If you have any chance to get to this, GO ! You will never see so much great stuff in one place. Two days Fri 8am-5pm or so, Sat 8am-1pm. Dealer only set up on Thurs, Sept 20. I have been 12 straight years now, Sept only for me, but the May show is supposedly just as good.
This show is growing each year. Shows what good promotion and management can do for a show.

Mark you are not listening to your wife! Leann said no more "Car Camping." There is a good Comfort Inn just 12 miles away in Fogelsburg, easy trip to and from Kutztown. They have a rate for the show, and the Starlite Diner is nearby with a really great menu and inexpensive meals, with a great soup and salad bar. A number of the people attending the meet stay there. Four of us are splitting two rooms and we always run into others at the Starlite!

Car camping?
Shoot I was stuck on a pavilion table last spring during the monsoon. Buddy with psychical issues used the van and mattress. It was horrible but free. If I did not have to pay $400.00 for the van rental I would probably still camp, lol...
