Here is what we know for now, with more possibly coming later:
Gates will open at 8:00am. Set-up in the parking lot.
The auction will be held earlier than usual: about 10:00am. for a more detailed explanation see club web page

At present, we are anticipating a $5 entrance fee.
A 50/50 raffle will be run to help cover the rental and insurance costs incurred by the radio club to run this event.
Although restrooms in the museum building will be available after 10am, we will not be able to provide food or beverages (as we have in the past), so bring your own beverages and snacks.
The Buffalo Niagara Heritage Village Museum is located at 3755 Tonawanda Creek Rd., Amherst, N.Y., (north of Buffalo) at the junction with New Road on the south side of Tonawanda Creek in a quiet park like setting.
Directions from NY State Thruway:
- take exit 49 (Depew - Transit Road)
- go north on Transit Road approximately 9 miles to Tonawanda Creek Road (just past junction with Rt. 263)
- turn left onto Tonawanda Creek Road (west) and proceed approximately 2 miles to the Buffalo Niagara Heritage Village Museum parking lot on the left just past New Road
