Great photos, Nick. Turnout Friday (vendors and buyers) was excellent. The beautiful weather obviously didn't hurt. Nice to see so many new faces there.

I drove 300 miles and I enjoyed it a lot, as always. For me Charlotte is the first antique radio meet of the year. I set up a table of some nice radios and sold several, but not enough! Since I was more concerned about selling I didn't buy anything except an Atwater Kent tombstone really cheap on Saturday morning. I bought it for a friend (really), and I bought some capacitors from Leann and Mark. Planned to set up again on Saturday morning but the rains really did come.

I did see someone who has been a fixture at a lot of meets, Chip Taylor from Sarasota, FL. Sadly, Chip is in very poor health and was on a scooter. I got a chance to see him and wish him well as he was leaving.

All in all it was a good meet, despite not selling enough and the Saturday rains. I plan on returning next year. Hats off to the folks putting this together.

Could anyone tell me the name of the two guys that were there with all the consoles? They had a Silver Marshall,a Spartan,a couple of Philcos and two Silvertones.
