I bought a early 70's "NOS" sealed album that did not have a record sleeve when I opened it.
Cover and media are like new and it was shrink wrapped but no record sleeve?
Makes me wonder if sellers are doing their own shrink wrapping and passing off as new.

The only LPs I've seen that came with no inner sleeve were 10-inch LPs from the very early 1950s.

I don't ever recall an album I purchased in the 70's or early 80's without a sleeve if it was shrink wrapped. was the record produced on a major label at the time, or a small outfit?
