Greeting to the group,

I sold a 21" Predicta Holiday model to a guy in the Atlanta area a few months back and the set was working upon arrival in Atlanta but it has now lost video after working well for a few months. The set was recently completely rebuilt by a great, experienced repair guy and what I suspect is that one of the leads between the chassis and the CRT has come loose. The buyer has told me that that the video was intermittent when he would swivel the screen and eventually it would not come back on. The set otherwise powers up and has good audio. The owner has no experience working on vintage sets so we need somone who could take care of it.

I'm looking for someone in the metro Atlanta area who could handled the (most likely ) very simple repair the set would need. The set is located in Marietta but the owner will travel for the repair if needed. Will pay your price for the needed repair.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Ron, Brooklyn, NY

You could contact radio/TV collector clubs in your area and ask for a repairman recommendation. Here's a club list:
