Back in the 1980’s I used a Kay sweep marker generator for alignment of video amplifiers where I worked. I searched E-bay and found some similar made by Kay. These are solid state and for use in electronics lab environment. The issue is finding schematics and service documentation. Without a schematic, I hesitate to buy such a unit.
Is anyone out there familiar with this model / series: Kay 154C?

I found a physical manual, I'm not sure if it is the exact transistor one you're talking about but it might put you in the right direction maybe?
